Sharron Clow
DirectorSharron started Legacy Strategies in January 2015 as a Recruitment & HR Consultancy. She had previously worked for numerous large infrastructure companies and been involved in both small projects and world class major infrastructure projects. She has gained the skills and knowledge not through just being trained up to Level 7 CIPD HR & Recruitment but also working in the construction and rail sector for over 20 years giving her competitive advantage where she knows and understands the roles and requirements of our clients.
Sharron is passionate about getting local people into roles and supporting the communities in which they work. Legacy has a Social Investment Fund where they put back money to support local charities or towards Social Value initiatives. Sharron is also a Social Value Pioneer and has worked in CSR/Social Value for over 10 years.
Whether Sharron is working on recruiting people into their next role or whether she is working on HR projects/ assignments her passion for working with people to get the desired end result is powerful and she supports the team to ensure that Legacy gets the best outcome possible.
