Legacy Strategies are looking for a PA/Administrator with Construction or Civil Engineering experience in Birmingham!

As a Personal Assistant (PA) / Administrator, you will provide administrative support to senior management and assist in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 experience in a PA or administrative role.
- Experience within the Construction and/or Civil Engineering industry
- Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
